Team/Department:

Multi Agency Safeguarding HUB (M.A.S.H.) - Safeguarding and Public Protection Department.

M.A.S.H.:

The role is based at the M.A.S.H., Cardiff Bay Police Station.

The role involves:

performing a variety of administrative functions within the safeguarding and public protection arena.
sharing information with SWP colleagues, Probation, Children’s Services, Education and Health Authorities.
taking meeting minutes, managing diaries, writing draft reports, and dealing with telephone enquiries.

We are looking for someone:

who is flexible with excellent organisational and customer service skills.
who is computer literate and has a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications.

This role is suitable for part time/job share workers due to operational requirements.

The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to MV/SC Vetting.
