Job Advert Description  

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high level and confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Strategic Programme Director for Operation Soteria. This will include all aspects of diary management, travel arrangements and meetings.  You will need to prepare key briefing documents, understand grant agreements and act as the single point of contact for HR.   

 

The successful candidate would need to have the following experiences and skills: 

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills to an advanced level including preparing and presenting complex reports.
  • Substantial experience of supporting and managing a Chief Officer or Chief Executive’s office in a pressurised environment.
  • Extensive experience and understanding of working in a confidential and politically sensitive environment.  
  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks, management of a portfolio of projects and competing priorities
